1.1 - Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
1.2 - AlQamees reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
2.1 - By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the General Terms of Sale.
2.2 - Orders must be paid for via the website: https://allqamees.com/.
2.3 - Products displayed on https://allqamees.com/ may not always be available for purchase at the time of ordering.
2.4 - Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the mandatory data entered in the My Account section. Updates to this information must be made promptly.
3.1 - A confirmation email containing order details (products, prices, quantities) will be sent to the customer by AlQamees.
3.2 - The sales contract is finalized once the customer verifies their order details, corrects any errors, and confirms the purchase by completing payment.
4.1 - AlQamees endeavors to keep stock information up to date on its website. However, stock shortages may occur. In such cases, the customer will be contacted promptly to explore alternative solutions.
4.2 - Refunds, if necessary, will be processed promptly via the customer’s PayPal account.
5.1 - AlQamees strives to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
5.2 - Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
5.3 - If the received product does not match the order, the customer must contact AlQamees within seven (7) business days of delivery. Returns must include the product in its original condition. If the issue is attributable to AlQamees, return shipping costs will be covered by AlQamees.
5.4 - If the customer fails to retrieve their package within the expected timeframe (e.g., 15 days at the Post Office), and the package is returned, the customer must pay the return shipping costs at the current rate listed on the site.
6.1 Payment by Credit Card
6.1.1 - Credit card details are securely transmitted and encoded via PayPal and Hipay. Neither AlQamees nor third parties have access to this information.
6.1.2 - The order amount is debited from the customer's account upon payment confirmation.
6.2 Payment by Bank Transfer
6.2.1 - Bank details for transfers are provided on the website's payment page. Any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6.2.2 - Orders will only be processed after payment is received. Delivery times may vary based on the date of payment.
6.3 Payment by Western Union
Orders will be prepared once payment is received. Delivery times will be based on the payment receipt date and may differ from the estimated time at the time of ordering.
7.1 Custom-Made Products
For tailor-made items, refer to Article 9.2.
7.2 Other Products
Customers may withdraw from the sales contract within seven (7) days of receiving their order. Returns must be pre-authorized via email and sent to the address provided by AlQamees. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
8.1 - AlQamees is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by external factors such as strikes, inventory shortages, or force majeure events.
8.2 - Slight variations in size may occur due to the natural elasticity of fabrics.
8.3 - Minor differences in fabric quality or color (due to screen settings) will not constitute grounds for liability.
9.1 - Customers are entitled to unlimited free replacements of buttons, snaps, or zippers within one year of purchase. Requests must include a photo of the damaged item.
9.2 - For custom-made products (Qamis, Serwel, Bisht), AlQamees offers a 100% Made-to-Measure Guarantee. If a product does not fit due to AlQamees' error, the product will be altered or replaced. Customers must bear the shipping cost to the designated relay point, while AlQamees covers shipping from the UAE to the customer. Refunds are not available for any other reason.
